You know all that talk about how eating small meals throughout the day and “grazing” keeps your metabolism going – which helps you lose weight?
Well, forget about it. It’s totally wrong. Maybe.
A new study says that the way to go if you want to lose weight is to eat two large meals each day.
Researchers found that eating a big breakfast between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. – and then a large lunch between noon and 4 p.m. – does the best job of keeping your insulin levels in a range that most efficiently helps you burn fat.
Of course, you’ll have to convince your family that skipping dinner is the right thing to do. Good luck with that.
